Barton Perreira makes incredible eyewear; the designs are beautiful and the quality is unrivaled. The Kerouac style are my sunglasses of choice these days. I’m in the market for a new truck, the Toyota Landcruiser 70 would be ideal. The V8 Turbo Diesel engine would be perfect for the terrain of Orange County and its rugged looks are timeless. Although the single cab might have some limitations, the generous bed provides substantial room for helping friends move. One problem the LC70 doesn’t meet the EPA emissions standards, my search will have to continue.

Directed by Jean Luc-Godard, Breathless is a movie about crime, love, and cop killing. It’s a ground breaking film, credited with starting the French New Wave movement. For its 50th anniversary fashion designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy (Rodarte) and graphic designer Patrick Li collaborated to make two limited edition posters. You can get them from posteritati.com
